The Townsmen were one of the finest bands to come out of Ottawa, Canada in the 60s. Their lush, 4-part harmonies & powerful instrumental prowess made them great live performers. They scored 5 Top 10 singles locally; and even made the national charts in those tough pre-Canadian Content days.
This collection features the original singles, and adds previously un-released tracks, both studio and live. New stereo mixes, re-union performances, and songs from the band members from both before and after the glory days round out this comprehensive compilation.

Note that the Musician credits are a bit unclear for the first disc as they go up to track 29 when there are actually only 27 tracks.
