'A Safe Trail' is the fourth album from Swedish hippie pop collective Me And My Kites. It consists of 14 tracks ranging between folk music and rock'n'roll, with flute, violin, Mellotrons, fuzz guitars and vocals harmonies. Music for imagination with colours from the late '60s. The band has played together for more than ten years and have made up a world of their own, with a lot of inspiration from early progressive rock, acid folk and psych pop. Warm and optimistic music, yet with darker and eerier moods for the adventure. Have a nice listening!
